 Tom DiFerdinando,BFA, is an innovative pain, injury and trauma therapist, and the newly inaugurated Director and President of the Orgone Biophysical Research Lab (OBRL). For decades Tom has studied, investigated and made contributions to the field of Dr. Wilhelm Reich's life energy science (orgonomy). He used Reich's discoveries to develop a natural scientific approach to hands-on healing in bodywork, based upon the orgone biophysics of pain, injury, stress and trauma. For over twenty years he worked as an associate in the lab of the late scientist James DeMeo PhD, former Director of the OBRL and author of many books and research papers on Wilhelm Reich and his discoveries. As a self-described free-speech therapist, Tom has worked to expose anti-freedom machinations, to include the essential role and personal responsibility of every human being in consciously or unconsciously enabling these destructive processes with. Dr. Wilhelm Reich is one of the most profoundly productive and maliciously maligned scientists in human history. He is responsible for an astonishing array of foundational discoveries in well over a dozen different scientific disciplines. At the same time, he died in jail and had his scientific publications banned and burned by the American FDA. Two discoveries of Reich's are especially relevant for this presentation. One is his scientific demonstration of the reality of the life energy (orgone energy) as a distinctly physical and spontaneously motile entity in it's own right. FESIG's 143rd Meeting is unique as we have 3 renowned speakers in a panel of discussion in 2 sessions! This panel discussion was recorded in 2 parts, Part 1 for Session1 to continue into Part2 for Session2. The Theme of our Panel Discussion: â3i/Atlas, if Artificial, could it be a threat?â
The "truth" about 3I/ATLAS is that it is a real, third known interstellar object that entered our solar system in July 2025, and its behavior is being studied by astronomers. While there is speculation about its true nature, the scientific consensus is that it is a comet based on its observed characteristics, such as its coma, tail, and shedding of gas and dust. A small number of scientists, most notably Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb, have argued for a potential artificial origin based on anomalous data.
On Oct 1st, when 3i/Atlas was in perfect alignment with Mars and the Inner Solar System our returning speaker, David Sereda brilliantlt presented at FESIGâs 141st Meeting, through mathematical codes unveiled astonishing evidence that Oumuamua, 21 Borisov and 3I/Atlas are all harmonic and sent by intelligent design - which affirms the religious dates of most of the world's top religions.
The post-perihelion observation of interstellar object 3I/ATLAS is crucial for two main reasons: scientific discovery and definitively settling the speculation regarding its artificial or natural origins. The object's peculiar behavior and composition have made it a high-priority target for scientists.
Scientific Importance
Post-perihelion data is vital for understanding this rare visitor from another star system.
Unique composition: Measurements have detected atomic nickel vapor and high levels of carbon dioxide, but relatively little water compared to typical comets from our solar system. This suggests it formed in a different kind of stellar environment. Tracking its chemical emissions as it leaves the solar system will provide insight into the chemistry of other planetary systems.
Behavioral anomalies: Before its close approach to the sun, 3I/ATLAS showed unusual changes, including an "anti-tail" that pointed toward the sun rather than away from it, a phenomenon possibly caused by unusual solar wind interaction. Observing how it behaves after the peak solar heating could reveal the physical mechanisms causing these strange effects.
Resolving the "alien probe" speculation.
The eccentric behavior of 3I/ATLAS has fueled speculation from someâmost notably Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loebâthat the object could be an artificial probe. Observations after perihelion are critical to address these claims.
Natural vs. artificial origin: Post-perihelion observations offer the chance to identify "technosignatures" that might differentiate a natural object from a controlled one. Testing gravitational maneuvers: Loeb has speculated that the object could perform a "reverse Solar Oberth Manoeuvre" near the sun to decelerate and alter its course.
Searching for "black swan" evidence: Continued monitoring will test whether any activity or released debris points towards a low-probability "black swan event," or technological phenomenon, as Loeb describes it. This provides an opportunity to either find the "extraordinary evidence" required for extraordinary claims or to further cement the consensus for a natural explanation.
Observational challenges and timeline.
Despite the high scientific interest, observing 3I/ATLAS after its solar conjunction (when it was behind the sun) will be challenging.
Emerging from glare: Following perihelion around October 29, 2025, 3I/ATLAS will emerge from the sun's glare in December, offering a new window for observation.
Hubble and Webb, are planning follow-up observations to gather more data before it recedes into interstellar space. Remote spacecraft observing the event, such as ESA's JUICE probe, may not be received until months after the observation period. Sufficient distance: At its closest, in late 2025, it will still be about 1.8 astronomical units (167 million miles) from Earth, a distance almost twice that of the sun.
