Please note that FESIG's 149th Meeting is hosted in the Far East, so the time zone is completely opposite that of the US', therefore the time of the meeting has to be moved 4 hrs earlier than the usual time, so we start at 2.30pm BST instead of 6.30pm. This time slot is the only small 4 hr window to accommodate our regulars globally without sacrificing sleep. This is the only month that we need to shift the meeting time. Raven Rolland Gregg — Keetá Yeìl of the Lukaaẖ.ádi Clan — is an enrolled member of the Yakutat Tlingit Tribe, raised fishing the Situk River in Alaska. He is the founder of Peace Engineers and the Situk Institute of Regenerative Engineering, and the author of the Peace Protocols, a mathematical blueprint for regenerative abundance. He has spent many years in the New Energy field, learning from and alongside legends including Peter Lindemann, Paul Babcock, John Bedini, Andrii Slobodian — and now carries their work, and Dan’s, forward through open-source education and regenerative infrastructure.

Woven through the talk is a remembrance of Dan Willis — what he set in motion, and how his courage inspired me to commit my life to this mission. I’ll show how IPC fits inside the larger architecture I’m building through Peace Engineers and the Situk Institute: a blueprint for regenerative, decentralized civilization captured in the Peace Protocols.  Tony Rodrigues, is a renowned Secret Space and Classified Programs experiencer, Researcher and the author of three best-selling books sharing his personal account.
In addition, he researches Black budget Technology and teaches remote viewing, remote influencing phenomena, and long-term memory therapy.
Author of Book, 'Ceres Colony Cavalier', gives us an unprecedented look at how the monstrous practice of slavery had been resurrected and extensively used inside covert programs both on Earth and in space. Tony discusses the details of his induction into the military “20 and Back” program at an early age where he was taken off-world to bases on the moon, Mars, and the Ceres colony outside of Mars’ orbit. He also experienced several traumatic programs on Earth that were artificially wiped from his memory until he began having “breakthrough” memories 20 years after the programs ended.
Tony also illustrates how he was able to take these traumatic experiences, heal from them, and then offer that healing knowledge to others who may have been involved in similar programs. He has written three books about his experiences and also runs a remote viewing class that can be accessed on his website.

Consciousness and the Zero Point Field:
1. The Illusion of Reality: Carina suggests that what we perceive with our naked eyes is an illusion. The true reality is based on consciousness, which is a function of the soul rather than the physical brain.
2. The Divine Essence: She equates the "zero point field" to an enormous, constant field of consciousness that reflects the divine essence, source, or God. Humanity consists of small, forgotten fractals of this divine field.
The Cosmic Reality and Earth's History:
1. Cosmic Forces: Carina explains that cosmos is filled with powerful energies. The entities humans refer to as gods or angels do not have personal forms or wings; they are purely high-frequency cosmic forces.
2. Galaxies and Civilizations: With billions of inhabited star systems, humans are not alone and are not the first race to populate Earth. Traces of previous civilizations remain, and humans have historically inhabited other locations, such as Sirius and Mars.
3. Akashic Records: Every individual has a personal plan written in the Akashic records. However, people can only access the portion that pertains to their personal journey, not the records of others.
Predictions for Humanity: Breakdown and Rebuilding:
1. Civilizational Collapse: Carina predicts a slow but visible breakdown of Western civilization over the next 50 to 70 years. This will be triggered by severe climate shifts, natural disasters, and massive resource depletion.
2. Inhabitable Belts and Migration: A massive dry belt around the equator will become entirely uninhabitable, causing food shortages and driving the migration of millions of people to the extreme north and south. This mass movement will lead to the total failure of banking, electricity, internet, and health services.
3. A Catalyst for Change: She views current global chaos and figures like Donald Trump as a necessary mechanism to tear down the old, greedy system and clear a path for the future.
Extraterrestrial Contact and the Next Generation:
1. First Contact Timeline: The meeting hosts note that 2026 is a major year for disclosure. Carina affirms that the first selected extraterrestrial contacts will take place in the second half of 2026.
2. The Crystal/Rainbow Children: A highly spiritual, advanced generation born mostly between 2000 and 2020 will step up to govern the new Earth as the crisis peaks.
