153rd FESIG Meeting 1st Session
Gene Decode, aka Co Sensei Gene is a 20+ year veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Fleet. He is a 40+ year Martial Arts Instructor (Sensei) as well as a lifelong student and practitioner of Naturopathic Medicine. He has dedicated most of his life to the investigation and research of information pertaining to all things spiritual, health (physical, mental, and emotional), social, political, and metaphysical. He was born with skilled remote viewing and psychic abilities that have steered his life.
In August of 1990, Gene had an epiphany in which he suddenly realized the existence and massive influence of the Satanic Deep State cabal. Gene immediately began massive research to disprove this, however everything he found only made it more obvious. Gene then enlisted several of his martial arts students to disprove his account. Not only could they NOT disprove what he learned, they confirmed it through credible sources.
In a Death Experience in August of 1992 (he died for 30 minutes) he met God and after taking a Holy Covenant God allowed him to return to be of service to humanity, the Earth, and God's creation. Throughout Gene's life, he has had many events that have changed his life and its course. Looking back Gene now sees this as the hand of God steering his life.

Both Jerry and Johnny had spoken together about Constitutional Law in a panel at the Empowered Light Festival recently. His work focuses on exposing administrative opacity, systemic institutional overreach, and the protection of constitutional rights, particularly in family law, parental rights, disability rights, and child welfare. His primary mission is to give voice to affected families, champion administrative transparency, and hold public institutions accountable to the communities they serve.
Johnny’s passion for helping families torn apart by the corrupt court systems stems from his own experience. He considers it his mission from God to end the suffering of the children and their families perpetuated by the court system.

Elliott Eli Jackson, a spiritual teacher, author and channeler of Source for more than 30 years. Breaking the Contracts of Servitude - Maritime Law - Kike Flames, FESIG 152
 Enrique Flames was working in the financial system as a private platform trader dealing with hedge funds and a fund manager in stocks and commodities trading. Having had more than his fair share of bad investments in cryptos he left the finance world and plunged headlong into humanitarian work. He was FESIG’s Financial Director for awhile, seeking funding in our earlier years when R&D started and flourished. Not being able to find the resources being let down by his mentors and betrayed by his contacts and partners, he left to start an off-grid eco-village community and attempted founding a Sovereign Micronation in Europe. He garnered a lot of knowledge on what law allows, what international bodies expect, and practical paths that align with the rules of international relations, which covers recognized statehood criteria, how secession is treated under international law, and safer alternatives for ambitious governance projects such as micronations and autonomous jurisdictions. Launching a sovereign entity within the bounds of international law is a complex pursuit that hinges on established legal concepts, recognition dynamics, and practical governance. He studied and dug deeper into the breakaway concept, the Natural and the Maritime Law.  Maritime law, also known as admiralty law, is a body of laws, conventions, and treaties that not only governs private maritime business and nautical matters apparently it IS the Law of Water, subjecting us, as we are born from the womb when our mother’s waters break from the body, the vessel…it is ‘Money’ coming out of the water that becomes the Certificate of Manifest. So you are the cash flow, the Liquid Asset.
