Etiquette

This document is to help you and us save time and resources and remain cordial and respectful. It is important to note that we are a relatively few people working together, due to the level of security.  Therefore the same few people will have to handle all tasks. We will handle matters as best and as soon as possible. Emails that follow our code of conduct as listed on this and other pages receive higher priority.

IMPORTANT: The following are grounds for instant dismissal in communication at TVoP's sole discretion:

  • Unkind and disparaging remarks will not be tolerated.
  • Racism and disrespect to anyone's faith or religion will not be tolerated.

Additional Etiquette Requirements for you to keep in mind when communicating with TVoP:

  • Emails should be brief, clear and to-the-point.
  • When you send an email to TVoP, you are asking for some of our valuable limited time.  It is your responsibility to study the TVoP's e and listen to the YouTube broadcasts for information that will serve as answers to your questions. We cannot afford to do any hand-holding, you must rise as a leader.  We empower our visitors and participants to become self motivated and to develop great self-empowering skills.
  • Manage your reputation with us. The respect, clarity, completeness and brevity with which you write to us or ask your questions on the calls, is appreciated. Each email is read by us as a standalone communication, please do not refer us to previously sent emails - in other words write with context and not just content.
  • Be brief: Some emails that we receive are very long. Emails are not a form of conversation: Please refrain from having a long dialogue via email.
  • Subject line of your emails: The subject line of your emails must be indicative of the content of your emails. Be specific and accurate.
  • Keep your multiple emails associated with the same Subject line. Do not start a new email when writing to us about a Subject that has been discussed before. In this manner all the emails between you and us stays associated with the same Subject which makes it easier to keep track of the history of our conversation.
  • Avoid emails to multiple accounts: Do not send the same email to multiple email addresses at TVoP.  One email is sufficient. Any extra email wastes our time and runs the risk of NOT being replied to.
  • Review your emails before sending: Before sending us your email, read your email to be certain it makes sense to someone who is not familiar with your request. If you have communicated with us in the past, do not assume that same volunteer reads your subsequent emails or remembers what you wrote to us in the past. If you have a question, put your question in a question format so that we don't think you are just making a statement.
  • Please read the Terms of Service of this website, understand its significance to your complete satisfaction and agree to all terms and conditions contained therein.
